Band Council/Section Leaders
These individuals will be selected by their peers to represent the band. Those chosen as section leaders will aid their sections by assisting in sectional rehearsals and aiding the director with whatever musical concerns their section may have. The band council will meet periodically with the director to discuss any issues, upcoming events and will represent any and all ideas of the band.
"With the strong leadership core that has formed, you all are ready to take that next step to the next level of achievement. Sometimes it takes a while and a lot of trials and tribulations before breaking through and reaching it, but as long as you stick together and always remember that without the person next to you, the band will never be any more than a large group of individuals that will never reach the heights of its potential or greatness."
Offices to Include: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Student Conductor, Librarian, Equipment Manager, Historian, Booster Student Representative, and Section Leaders.
